How often should I use the mask?+
Follow the schedule in the supplied product guide and begin conservatively. Regular, comfortable sessions are more useful than occasional overlong sessions.
Which mode should I choose for fine lines?+
Red or red + near-infrared is the most relevant starting point because these ranges are the most established in cosmetic photobiomodulation research.
Can I use skincare products during the session?+
Use the mask on clean, dry skin unless a product is specifically confirmed as compatible. Apply serum and moisturiser afterward.
Is near-infrared light visible?+
No. The 850 nm near-infrared LEDs may appear dim or invisible even while operating. This is normal.
Is the mask wireless?+
No. A cable connects the rechargeable controller to the mask. Once charged, the controller allows use away from a wall socket.
