At CÉLEOR, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return your order in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may do this by completing our Return Request Form or by contacting us by email.

Returning a Product

After notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase, the product should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision.

Products should be returned with all accessories, cables, manuals, packaging, and included items wherever reasonably possible.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.

Condition of Returned Products

Customers are entitled to inspect products in a manner similar to what would reasonably be possible in a physical retail environment.

However, customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Returned products may be inspected upon arrival.

Where a product shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, including damage, missing components, excessive wear, or reduced resale value, a reduction in the refundable amount may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Hygiene and Personal Use Considerations

LED light therapy devices come into direct contact with the skin during normal use.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all returned products are carefully inspected before a refund is processed.

Customers are encouraged to handle and test products only to the extent necessary to evaluate their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving sufficient proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue, we may request:

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Photographs of the product;
Photographs of the packaging where relevant.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process described in this policy will apply.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In certain situations, applicable legislation may limit or exclude the right of withdrawal, including but not limited to:

Products made to the customer's specifications;
Clearly personalised products;
Other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Any such exclusions will be clearly communicated where relevant.

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Romanian or European Union legislation.
